Mercedes joined IVEMSA, an administrative support provider to Sysazzle, in 2019 and is responsible for consultant care and new employee onboarding for Sysazzle consultants. Mercedes handles other important day to day employee support activities.
Prior to joining IVEMSA, Mercedes was an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Los Angeles, California. Mercedes was in charge of the everyday restaurant and bar operation, labor distribution and payroll management for an outlet of 150+ employees.
Mercedes obtained her B.A. in Hospitality Management with Events Specialization from GLION University, Switzerland.
